Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Crack SSC With Farha, run by Farha Afrin, India ("we", "us"). By using sscwithfarha.com or its app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use it

Anyone preparing for SSC and other government exams can use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or guardian's consent, and they accept these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure; activity on your account is your responsibility.
• One account per person. Do not share your account or create extra accounts to get more free mocks or referral credits.
• Keep your profile details accurate. Use only a photo of yourself, or one you have the right to use.

4. Free service and limits

The Service is currently free. Daily limits (such as the number of full or topic mocks), credits and features may change, be added or be removed at any time. We do not take payments today. If paid features are ever added, they will come with their own terms shown before you pay.

5. About our content

• Not official: we are not connected with the Staff Selection Commission or any government body. Our TCS-style mock screen is a practice imitation. Always check notifications, dates and cut-offs on ssc.gov.in.
• No guarantee: scores, rank predictions and study plans are estimates to help you practise. They do not guarantee any result or selection.
• AI content: some questions, explanations and coach advice are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Please use the report button when you find one.
• Previous year papers: PYQ papers are compiled from publicly available exam papers for practice.

6. What you may not do

• Copy, download in bulk, scrape or re-upload our mocks, notes, PDFs, videos or question bank.
• Sell or charge others for our content, or present it as your own.
• Use bots, scripts or automation to take mocks, create accounts or earn credits.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security, limits or admin areas of the Service.
• Upload photos or text that are offensive, illegal or belong to someone else.
• Harass other students or misuse challenge and referral links.

7. Ownership

The website design, logo, notes, PDFs, mocks, explanations and videos belong to Crack SSC With Farha or its licensors. You may use them only for your own, non-commercial exam preparation. Anything you add (your photo, profile details, doubts) stays yours; you allow us to store and display it only to run the Service for you.

8. Other websites

The Service links to YouTube, Telegram, Instagram and official exam sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Suspension

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or harms other students or the Service. You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hi@ansaridanish.com.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for any decision or exam result based on the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.

11. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved by email.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will show a notice on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
